• respond to your own food likes and dislikes

• and work them into your schedule and lifestyle

You can certainly use my menu plans and weekly frame forever, but I’m guessing you won’t need to after a month or two of conscious action.

Of course, I hope you buy — and love — the Lazy Low Cal Lifestyle Cookbook, but you can be perfectly successful without it.
