You should have SEEN the mess I made that day. Oy vey. I stripped about 10 ears — for the video and because I needed a bunch for some recipes I was testing. One thing I didn’t say on the video is that the corn kinda sprays when you cut it. A sticky mist settled over my kitchen that day, much like I suspect would happen if an elephant sneezed.

And while I will decornify cobs in the future, I will not invite an elephant to tea. I suggest you do the same.
